The best customer service experience I've had with any company in a long time! I initially submitted a service request through the website for my JD lawn tractor. I received a call from Jeff 15 minutes later to confirm what work I wanted done. I also requested a tune up for my snow blower at the same time. He informed me the shop was booked out about 2 weeks which I was ok with, I understand everyone is busy these days. We made arrangements to have my equipment picked up at my home, they even came the next day! I received a call with a quote for the tractor tune up and repair and was given an updated time frame.
Jeff called and emailed me 2 weeks to the day of our first phone call to let me know both machines were complete and ready to be returned to me. This was great news as I wasn't even expecting to have them in the shop until now. I paid over the phone and we scheduled the return for the next day (today) which meant I had both machines exactly 2 weeks after they were picked up. I am not often "wowed" by business transactions, but Jeff and United AG exceeded my expectations with his customer service, follow up, professionalism and pickup/delivery service. Thank you guys, well done!
