"Our relationship with this store started with its quaint location on Woodstock Ave in Rutland back when Hendy Bros owned the dealership with a compact utility tractor which we still use to this day which is nearly 16 years old. We've experienced the transition to Mountain View Equipment and can say that the service went down a notch from what it used to be, the biggest improvement was the move to the middle road.
We can say that under the United Ag & Turf ownership that the service has met if not exceeded that of the Hendy Bros era. Not to mention how they offer a stress-free environment. Our farm had a need to add a utility tractor and we cannot be more thrilled with the responsiveness of this dealership under the new management.
No matter what you have or purchase, the UAT team in Rutland is ready and willing to help if needed. From Kyle the manager of the service team who is responsive even after hours. To Jessica & Rob at the parts desk who clearly have experience with machinery and their various components. Whether it's a tractor or a trimmer. They quickly drill down to the part that you're looking for, even when Deere's parts system isn't behaving the greatest. Lastly, but certainly not least is the effort that Bill Martel puts into making sure that every customer is provided with excellent service.
