"I have been a customer of United Ag & Turf since 2002 when I purchased a GT235 tractor. I then upgraded to a X728 tractor in 2012. Recently I needed some service on my tractor and had United Ag & Turf do the repairs. The service department manager Joe was awesome. He explained everything to me and answered many questions that I had. He took the time to to visually show me on my machine and review. In addition the mechanic Ray by coincidence happened to finishing up the service on my tractor on another day when I was at the shop to make a purchase of some parts and again was friendly and again answered some additional questions that I had regarding the mower deck and the work that was performed. Giovanni who works also in service was helpful in additional support. In regard to the parts department Andre is not only knowledgeable but has a great demeanor.
I decided to add a plow to my tractor and Dave in sales could not be more helpful in reviewing the parts that I needed (hanging kit etc...) Now all I need is some snow to have some fun! The service is 5 star and deserve 6. I highly recommend this John Deere dealership!"
