Kyle came to my small farm in New Salem to fix my John Deere tractor that wouldn't start. Something seemed to be going on with the fuel. Kyle was great about letting me know what time he was coming and was very punctual. He asked detailed questions about the tractor's issues and then proceeded to investigate and figure out the problem. He was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly to my partner and me so we could understand what was going on.
His truck was very well-equipped with everything that he might need so his trip wouldn't be wasted. Kyle was the perfect guy to do road calls because in addition to his expertise in repairing, he's very personable and fun to interact with. He found water and sediment in my tank. He completely drained the tank and put fresh fuel in it and put in a fresh fuel filter. As he predicted, the tractor then started right up! So glad to have my tractor working again!
